Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Experience with common office productivity software and network protocols.
• Familiarity with hardware installation, troubleshooting and repair.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for computer hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and applications.
• Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on IT equipment.
• Respond to help desk tickets and resolve user issues in a timely manner.
• Assist with network troubleshooting and basic server maintenance.
