Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Client Relationship Manager.
• Proven ability to grow accounts and meet targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as the main point of contact.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs and business objectives to provide tailored solutions and support.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or issues.

• Negotiate contract renewals and amendments.
