- Experience managing a portfolio and achieving retention/growth targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with rapport-building abilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and ROI.
- Be the main client contact, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Educate clients on new features, best practices, and industry trends.
- Onboard new clients for a smooth platform integration.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support for a cohesive experience.
- Monitor client health metrics and intervene to mitigate churn risks.
- Gather client feedback to inform product development and service improvements.
