Herotel Telecoms (Pty) Ltd is seeking an Office Coordinator in Klerksdorp Jouberton to manage day-to-day office operations while driving revenue through walk-in sales and local canvassing. You will be the first point of contact for customers and responsible for CRM logging, activations, and event support.

The role requires initiative, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance administrative duties with customer engagement in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fluency in English and local language(s).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Reliable, punctual and well presented.
• Driver's license is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed monthly revenue target through walk in sales, community engagement and local canvassing.
• Generate leads, follow up promptly and log all sales activity accurately in the CRM.
• Support activations, flyer drops and local sales events as directed by your Commercial Manager.
• Take ownership of the day to day running of the office, including consumables, cleaning supplies and kitchen stock.
• Log and follow up on repairs and maintenance requirements through to resolution.
• Keep the office and reception area clean, neat and well presented at all times.
• Book boardrooms and meeting rooms as required.
• Serve as the first point of contact for walk in customers, greeting visitors professionally.
• Assist customers with account queries, first time issue resolution, payment assistance and sales sign ups.
• Escalate unresolved issues promptly and follow up to ensure resolution is completed.
• Answer and direct incoming calls professionally, taking and passing on messages accurately.
