Herotel Telecoms (Pty) Ltd in Uitenhage, Despach is seeking a dynamic Sales & Activations Agent to drive revenue by generating leads, running activations and closing sales to hit monthly targets. You’ll own the customer journey from first contact through to signed agreements, with a strong emphasis on community engagement and events.

The role requires 2 to 5 years in sales, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel within your project area, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales independently.
• Comfort working to a daily and monthly revenue target with full accountability for the number.

Responsabilités

• Carry a monthly revenue target and own it.
• Generate and qualify leads through direct outreach and activations.
• Own each lead from first contact to signed agreement.
• Convert interest into signed agreements at activations/events.
• Identify competitor opportunities and residential demand in your area.
• Brief Ambassadors and coordinate activity to the area commercial plan.
• Report weekly on revenue and pipeline status.
• Build and execute a local lead generation plan for your area.
• Keep CRM records of all leads and sales activity.
• Provide market intelligence on competitors and pricing.
• Deliver a complete handover of new subscribers to installation and after sales.
• Represent Herotel professionally in the assigned area.
