Job summary

Herotel Telecoms (Pty) Ltd is seeking a proactive Sales & Activations Agent in Zeerust, North West. You will drive leads, run activations and close sales to hit monthly targets, owning deals from first contact to signed agreements.

You will engage with the community, coordinate ambassadors and report progress to the Area Sales Manager, while maintaining CRM records and delivering market insights.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license.
• 2–5 years in a sales role with activation/marketing experience an advantage.
• Sales or relevant qualification advantageous.
• Ability to generate leads and close sales independently.
• Willingness to travel within the project area, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Carry and take accountability for a monthly revenue target.
• Generate and qualify leads through direct outreach and activations.
• Own every lead through to activation and signed agreement.
• Convert interest into signed agreements at activations and events.
• Coordinate ambassadors and report weekly on revenue and pipeline status.
• Build and execute a local lead generation and marketing plan for the area.
• Keep CRM records of all leads and sales activity.
