Job summary

Momentum in South Africa seeks a senior Organisational Effectiveness specialist to implement OE interventions that boost employee effectiveness and business outcomes. The role collaborates with Human Capital, designs talent development programs, and uses psychometrics to inform leadership decisions.

You will drive leadership development, team effectiveness initiatives, and culture-aligned change projects across business units, developing sustainable talent pipelines and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Honours degree in HR/Industrial Psychology is required.
• Registration as Psychometrist (Independent Practice) is mandatory.
• Industrial Psychologist registration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OE solutions aligned to Momentum Metropolitan frameworks.
• Lead and implement OE projects with HC partners and stakeholders.
• Utilise psychometric assessments to inform interventions.
• Coach leaders and guide talent conversations to build a strong succession pipeline.
• Develop leadership and team effectiveness initiatives.
• Provide metrics and insights to measure impact.
