Placements24 is seeking a strategic Regional Sales Director based in Rustenburg, North West, SA. This on-site role leads regional sales performance, builds client relationships, and aligns sales with company objectives across the North West province.

The position requires 7+ years in sales with leadership experience, strong B2B acumen, and a hands-on leadership style. Competitive base salary with performance bonuses and company vehicle is offered.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of regional sales targets achievement.
Strong understanding of manufacturing sector and SA B2B sales.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet revenue and market share objectives.
Lead, coach, and motivate regional sales reps to maximize performance.
Manage the sales lifecycle for key accounts ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, distributors, and clients across the North West.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to support sales initiatives.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans to senior management.
Conduct regular performance reviews and develop the sales team.
