Qualifications

7+ years of progressive sales experience with 3+ years in sales management in manufacturing or related sector.
Proven track record of leading regional teams and exceeding targets.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales plans to grow revenue and market share in Rustenburg and North West.
Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team across multiple territories.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead gen to close and maintain key client relationships.
Analyze market data to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Oversee budget and resource allocation for the sales region and collaborate with marketing and product teams.
Represent the company at events and ensure policy compliance within the region.
