The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in sales leadership, strong CRM and analytics skills, and a track record of building executive-level client relationships within industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales leadership; 5+ years in Director/Senior Management in manufacturing/industrial equipment.
• Proven revenue growth and market expansion results.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, automation and related tech.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, negotiation and communication.
• Demonstrated ability to build executive-level client relationships.
• Experience with CRM and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Penetrate new markets and customer segments in manufacturing/industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at major accounts.
