Job summary

Network Recruitment is seeking a hands-on NOC Manager to lead its Network Operations Centre. You will oversee 24/7 network operations, drive incident management, and ensure high availability of critical services.

The role requires leadership of Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams, strong monitoring and automation focus, and collaboration with field services to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Relevant IT/Networking qualification required.
• Experience managing a NOC in telecommunications/ISP environments preferred.
• Strong incident management and SLA-driven service delivery experience.
• Experience with incident response, outages, root cause analysis, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tier 1 and Tier 2 NOC teams and oversee 24/7 network operations.
• Ensure service availability, uptime, latency, and quality metrics meet SLA expectations.
• Manage incidents, outages, and root cause analyses; act as escalation point for major issues.
• Produce performance reports, trend analyses, and operational insights.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and monitoring enhancements.
• Collaborate with field services to coordinate technical resolutions and risk mitigation.
