Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

A leading technology and connectivity provider is seeking a hands‑on NOC Manager to lead its Network Operations Centre. This role is responsible for overseeing daily NOC operations, managing technical teams, and ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of critical network services.

The successful candidate will lead both operational and technical initiatives, driving service excellence while ensuring incidents are managed effectively and network performance remains at the highest standard. You will work closely with multiple business units to improve service delivery, implement operational improvements, and enhance customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for a strong technical leader who enjoys problem‑solving, incident management, and developing high‑performing teams within a demanding operational environment.

Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop Tier 1 and Tier 2 NOC teams. Oversee 24/7 network operations and service availability. Monitor network performance, uptime, latency, and service quality metrics. Ensure SLA compliance and effective operational support delivery. Manage incident response, outage restoration, and root cause analysis activities. Act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents and major client issues. Produce performance reports, operational insights, and ticket trend analysis. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across network operations. Implement monitoring, automation, and operational efficiency enhancements. Collaborate with field services and operations teams to coordinate technical resolutions. Identify trends and proactively mitigate risks before they impact service delivery.

Job Experience and Skills Required Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Networking, Telecommunications, or a related field. Industry certifications will be advantageous. Proven experience managing a NOC within a Telecommunications or ISP environment. Experience leading technical support and network operations teams. Strong background in incident management and operational service delivery. Experience working within SLA‑driven environments. Demonstrated ability to manage escalations and major network incidents.
