Job summary

Teliolabs Communication Private Limited is seeking an experienced NOC Analyst to strengthen network operations, monitoring, and incident response. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze faults, develop scripts, and produce ongoing performance reports.

The role emphasizes strong communication, proactive problem solving, and the ability to train others on NOC systems while delivering timely updates under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a NOC environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to guide complex network issues.
• Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical staff.
• Experience in presenting and technical reporting.
• Experience in project accounting or purchasing management.

Responsibilities

• Preferably project accounting or purchasing management experience.
• Strong report writing skills with advanced understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) essential.
