Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on MSP experience across multiple small business clients.
• Strong network and firewall administration, with security policy enforcement.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 management and user licensing, security, and policy setup.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot client environments across several sites.
• Respond to RMM alerts, investigate and remediate issues proactively.
• Manage backups, patching, and day-to-day IT support for end users.
