Job summary

FusionTek is seeking a Technical Support Engineer II (Systems Analyst) to support multiple client environments, Windows/macOS, and cloud services within a fast-paced MSP setting.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, configure servers, manage networking gear, and mentor junior technicians while maintaining thorough documentation.

This role requires MSP experience, industry certifications, and a willingness to adapt to diverse technology stacks.

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ is required. If not currently held, it must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
• MD‑102 preferred
• Must reside in South Africa

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated support requests and complex technical issues.
• Configure and support Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 environments.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Level I technicians and collaborate with the technical team.
• Document tickets using Autotask and keep client details, configurations, and procedures up to date.
