Qualifications

• Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is required.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, AD, Group Policy, DNS & DHCP.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Solid virtualization knowledge with Hyper‑V.
• Strong networking fundamentals with troubleshooting for switches, firewalls, wireless, and connectivity.
• Experience using remote support tools, Remote Desktop, and RemoteApp technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize multiple issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer‑first mindset.
• A team‑oriented attitude with a willingness to share knowledge and continuously learn.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues for clients.
• Manage support requests from start to finish and keep clients informed.
• Prioritize tickets and manage escalations to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with teammates across departments on complex issues.
• Create and maintain documentation to improve internal processes.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors to resolve issues.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Deliver proactive, customer‑focused support to build long‑term relationships.
