• Negotiate fair settlement amounts with policyholders and third parties.
• Process payments and ensure all claim documentation is complete and filed correctly.
• Communicate effectively with policyholders, explaining the claims process and providing regular updates.
• Identify and report any suspicious or potentially fraudulent claims.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal claims handling procedures.
• Contribute to team goals and assist colleagues as needed within the Tembisa branch.
