Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or in a similar sales role within the financial services industry.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a pipeline of potential clients and close deals effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage lending products, underwriting guidelines, and relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in loan origination software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Source new mortgage loan business through networking, prospecting, and client referrals.
• Advise prospective borrowers on mortgage loan programs and financing options.
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected accurately.
• Underwrite and package loan applications for submission to processing and closing departments.
