About the Role

Our client requires a skilled and experienced Mine Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of heavy machinery and equipment at their operations in Kimberley. This role is vital for ensuring operational uptime and efficiency by managing a team of mechanics and technicians, planning preventative maintenance schedules, and responding to equipment breakdowns. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in heavy equipment maintenance, excellent leadership qualities, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship within the Northern Cape mining sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team, including mechanics and technicians.
• Develop and implement effective preventative maintenance schedules for all mining equipment.

Requirements
