• Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and experienced Mine Maintenance Manager to lead their maintenance department in the Stellenbosch, Western Cape region. This senior role is responsible for ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of all mining equipment and infrastructure, including mobile fleets, fixed plant machinery, and electrical systems. You will develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies, manage maintenance teams, and control maintenance budgets to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of heavy mining equipment, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
