Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related analytical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or in a similar quantitative role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced), and statistical software (R or Python).
• Experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) and solid marketing metrics knowledge.
