Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to meet targets safely and efficiently.
- Develop and implement process improvements to boost throughput and reduce waste.
- Troubleshoot production issues with maintenance and quality teams.
- Design SOPs, work instructions, and process controls.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and root causes.
- Collaborate on installation and validation of new equipment.
