Qualifications

• 10+ years in industrial engineering with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record of operational improvements in large-scale manufacturing.
• Expertise in Lean and Six Sigma, Black Belt desirable.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and ROI experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the industrial engineering department and projects.
• Develop and implement operational improvement strategies using Lean, Six Sigma.
• Design and optimize production lines, workflows, and layouts.
• Oversee capacity planning, resource allocation, and investment justifications.
• Drive cost reductions through process analysis and productivity gains.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards.
