The ideal candidate has a degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, 3–5 years in manufacturing, and hands-on Lean Six Sigma experience on the production floor, with a collaborative mindset across R&D, QA and production teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing process engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, materials and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work on the production floor and collaborate with diverse teams in Bloemfontein.

Aufgaben

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and production methods.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
