Responsibilities

• Analyze current production methods and workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Develop and implement process improvements using lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping.
• Design and optimize plant layouts and material flow to boost productivity and safety.
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard work times and improve labor efficiency.
• Prepare production documentation including SOPs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with QA to implement quality controls and reduce defects.
• Assist in selecting and implementing new manufacturing equipment and technologies.
• Track KPIs related to production efficiency, throughput, and cost.
• Support new product introductions ensuring scalable, efficient processes.
• Participate in cross-functional problem-solving teams to address production challenges.
