Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or Production) or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Experience in lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with ERP and production planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure efficient manufacturing.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Lead and mentor production supervisors and staff, ensuring safety and high performance.
• Ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
• Monitor schedules, inventory, and resource allocation.
• Apply lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering and sales to align goals.
• Manage operating budgets and capital expenditure requests.
• Maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
