Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience with process optimization.
• Proven experience applying lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of machining, assembly, and quality control.
• Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and on hybrid arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Apply lean manufacturing tools and methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) to optimize workflows.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Collaborate with production teams, R&D, and quality control to troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
• Lead projects related to new product introductions and process upgrades.
• Specify and procure new manufacturing equipment and tooling.
• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Collect and analyze production data to monitor performance and identify trends.
• Train production staff on new processes and equipment.
