Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum Diploma / NQF Level 6 qualification or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Professional telephone manner and strong customer-service skills.
• Ability to communicate patiently and clearly with different customers.
• Basic computer skills, including email, Word, Excel and data capturing.
• Ability to follow procedures and work accurately.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts according to operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Mandarin and English.
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Identify customer issues and provide appropriate assistance.
• Escalate complex or unresolved matters when necessary.
• Accurately capture customer information, enquiries and follow-up activities.
• Follow call-handling procedures, workflows and service standards.
• Provide basic Mandarin-English translation or interpretation when required.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure issues are resolved or appropriately escalated.
• Work closely with team members and relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate communication records and customer confidentiality.
