Job summary

Hello Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Consultant fluent in at least one African language to support our diverse customer base. The role involves inbound and outbound calls, verifying sources of funds, and accurately capturing details into the bank's ticketing system, with emphasis on authentication and high customer satisfaction.

You will work onsite in Die Hoewes, Centurion, Gauteng, contributing to our call centre team and supporting migrant and marginalized communities with

Qualifications

• Matric Certificate is required.
• Fluent in at least one foreign language (eg. Chichewa, Shona, Swahili, Portuguese, etc).
• Multiple languages are advantageous.
• South African citizen or African foreign national with valid work permit/asylum document.
• Knowledge of CRM Bank, OS ticket and Core Banking systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide language-specific support to customers, ensuring clear communication in the foreign language.
• Handle inbound inquiries and manage outbound calls related to source of funds requests.
• Ensure AML/KYC compliance in all processes.
• Authenticate customers when banking information changes, with 2-part verification (voice and video).
• Manage and prioritize daily tickets, request/source of funds documents, and document verification in the bank’s ticketing system.
