Hello Group is seeking to appoint a dedicated, African language-specific Customer Service Consultant to join our Call Centre Department in Gauteng. The ideal candidate must be fluent in at least one African language to support our diverse customer base and handle a range of inquiries.

You will manage inbound and outbound calls, verify and request source-of-funds documents, and accurately capture information into the bank's ticketing system.

Qualifications

• Fluency in at least one African language to support diverse customers.
• Experience in customer service or call centre environment.
• Strong communication and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and address customer inquiries.
