Lingo-nova is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Umhlanga, SA. The role offers remote work with rotational shifts and a monthly salary in the ZAR range.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat, document interactions, and coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Prior CS experience is advantageous and relocation support is offered.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency between B2 and C2 (written & spoken).
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Matric / Grade 12 qualification (essential).
• Previous customer service or call centre experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts (including weekends if required).
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
