Hello Group Recruitment in Gauteng invites applications for a Customer Service Consultant fluent in an Asian foreign language. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, verifying source-of-funds documents, and accurately recording information in the bank’s ticketing system.

Candidates should be able to authenticate customers and provide language-specific support while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Matric Certificate.
• Fluent in at least one foreign language (e.g., Hindi, Gujarati, Urdu, Bengali).
• Asian foreign national with valid work permit, asylum document and waiver.
• Knowledge of CRM Bank, OS ticket and Core Banking systems (Advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Provide language-specific support and ensure clear communication in the foreign language.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and manage source-of-funds requests while maintaining AML/KYC compliance.
• Authenticate customers when banking information changes and perform 2-part verification (voice and video).
• Manage and prioritize daily tickets, verify source-of-funds documents, and document details in the ticketing system.
