Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in human capital consulting or HR strategy.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, talent management, and organizational development.
• Proven ability to design and implement effective workforce solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with HR technology and data analytics is a plus.
