The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in organizational design or HR/management consulting, strong analytical and communication skills, and a collaborative approach with clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years in organizational design, HR consulting, or management consulting with an HR focus.
• Proven experience diagnosing organizational issues and designing effective structures.
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior, change management, and talent management principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assess current organizational structures, capabilities, and performance metrics.
• Design optimal organizational structures, including defining roles, responsibilities, and decision rights.
