Placements24 is recruiting a proactive Consultant to join our client’s Paarl team, focusing on Organisational Design & Development. You will partner with clients to design effective structures, enhance talent management, and foster a high-performance culture.

The role helps organizations adapt to change, improve engagement, and align structures with strategic objectives across diverse Western Cape projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in organisational design, HR consulting, or talent management.
• Strong understanding of organisational development theories, change management principles, and talent management best practices.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using HRIS systems and organisational design tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assess current organizational structures and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and agility.
• Design and implement new organizational models, job roles, and reporting lines aligned with client strategy.
• Develop and refine talent management strategies, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
• Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new organizational designs.
