Placements24 is seeking a specialized HR Specialist focused on Talent Management in Stellenbosch. You will drive strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent, managing performance systems, succession planning, and leadership development.

You will partner with business leaders to align talent initiatives with our organizational goals, overseeing recruitment initiatives and data-driven development programs for a high-impact workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience with focus on talent management, recruitment, and development.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing talent management programs.
• In-depth knowledge of performance management, succession planning, and L&D.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
