Placements24 is seeking a proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our heavy mining equipment maintenance team in Benoni. You will oversee daily activities, train technicians, and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximise uptime and equipment lifespan.

The ideal candidate holds a trade qualification with at least 5 years in heavy mining or construction gear, strong CMMS knowledge, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification with supervisory experience required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience with heavy mining or construction equipment.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with CMMS is preferred.
