About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly experienced and results-oriented Mine Maintenance Manager to lead their heavy equipment maintenance division in Nelspruit . This role is vital for ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and safety of the extensive fleet of mining machinery. You will be responsible for developing and implementing robust maintenance strategies, managing a team of technicians, and controlling maintenance budgets. This is a key leadership position within the operations in the Mpumalanga province, offering the opportunity to significantly influence fleet availability and operational efficiency through effective maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities
