Job summary

Kendrick Recruitment seeks an experienced Front of House Guest Experience Manager for a luxury lodge in Hoedspruit, Mpumalanga. This live-in role focuses on exceptional guest experiences, leading a guest-focused team, and ensuring every stay exceeds expectations.

Key duties include overseeing Front of House operations, managing guest journeys, check-ins/outs, and maintaining luxury standards while coordinating with housekeeping and culinary teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front of House or guest relations in luxury lodges.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service and manage expectations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Front of House operations and guest experience functions.
• Ensure seamless guest journey from reservation through departure.
• Welcome and engage with guests, delivering exceptional service.
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, room allocations and special requests.
• Handle feedback and complaints professionally and proactively.
• Lead, train and motivate Front of House team to maintain high standards.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, guiding and maintenance teams.
