Job summary
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Front of House Guest Experience Manager to join a luxury lodge in Hoedspruit, Mpumalanga. This live-in role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading a guest-focused team.
You will oversee all Front of House operations, manage check-ins/check-outs, coordinate with housekeeping and kitchen, and ensure every stay exceeds expectations. This is a live-in opportunity in a premier hospitality environment designed for top-tier guest
Qualifications
- Experience in luxury lodge Front of House and guest services.
- Proven ability to lead a guest-focused team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all Front of House operations and guest experience functions
- Ensure a seamless guest journey from reservation to departure
- Welcome and engage with guests, delivering exceptional service
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, room allocations, and special requests
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally
- Lead, train, and motivate the Front of House team
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, guiding, and maintenance teams
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests and agents
