Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all Front of House operations and guest experience functions
• Ensure a seamless guest journey from reservation stage through to departure
• Welcome and engage with guests, ensuring exceptional levels of service throughout their stay
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, room allocations, and special requests
• Handle guest feedback, concerns, and complaints in a professional and proactive manner
• Lead, train, and motivate the Front of House team to maintain high service standards
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and ensure all guest information is captured correctly
• Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, guiding, and maintenance teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
• Monitor lodge presentation and guest areas to ensure luxury standards are maintained
• Assist with reservations, administration, reporting, and operational planning where required
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, agents, and stakeholders
• Ensure lodge standards, policies, and procedures are consistently upheld

Minimum Requirements

• Previous Front of House, Guest Relations, or Hospitality Management experience within a luxury lodge or hospitality environment
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service and manage guest expectations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and reservation systems
• Professional presentation and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure
• Passion for hospitality, tourism, and guest satisfaction
• Valid driver's licence advantageous
