Kendrick Recruitment is currently recruiting for a luxury lodge based in Hoedspruit. Our client is seeking a professional, well-presented Receptionist with strong hospitality experience and a passion for exceptional guest service.

The role involves front desk duties, guest interactions, and coordinating with lodge departments to ensure memorable stays. A minimum of 2 years in hospitality and a relevant degree/diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality, preferably in a luxury lodge or hotel.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Excellent customer service with professional handling of challenging situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of lodge and front office operations.
• Proficiency in computer systems and PMS.
• Willingness to work weekends, nights, and public holidays.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
