Qualifications

• Proven senior lodge or hospitality management experience in a luxury safari environment.
• Experience managing FOH & BOH day-to-day operations.
• Hands-on leadership with ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Passion for guest service excellence.
• Confident engaging with guests at meals and game drives.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to enforce high-end standards.
• Solid understanding of health and safety compliance (OHSAS).
• Stable employment history with references.
