Qualifications

• Previous General Manager or senior lodge management experience in a luxury hospitality environment.

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse hospitality team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the luxury lodge.
• Lead and manage lodge team to maintain high performance.

• Ensure delivery of premium luxury hospitality standards.
• Manage budgets, stock control and cost management.
• Oversee staff scheduling, training and performance.
