Job summary

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced FOH Guest Experience Manager to join a luxury hotel in Hoedspruit, Mpumalanga. You will oversee front-of-house operations and manage the guest journey from arrival to departure, ensuring personalised service and high standards.

This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication and a commitment to luxury hospitality. You will lead the FOH team, handle guest enquiries, and collaborate with other departments to deliver memorable

Qualifications

Previous experience in a front-of-house management or guest experience role in luxury hotel or lodge.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and personalised guest service.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage guest expectations and resolve challenges confidently.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Manage the guest journey from arrival through to departure, with personalised experiences.
Lead, motivate and support the front-of-house team to maintain service standards.
Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent service delivery.
Monitor presentation, service standards and procedures.
Assist with staff training, scheduling and performance management where required.
Ensure the highest standards of luxury hospitality are consistently maintained.
