Job summary

Kendrick Recruitment seeks an experienced Lodge Front of House Anchor to join a luxury private game reserve in the Eastern Cape. This live-in role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

You will welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen and guiding teams, assist with reservations and daily reports, and support food and beverage service as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury lodge or hospitality environment.
• Strong guest relations and hosting skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Professional presentation and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Positive, hands-on approach and willingness to assist across departments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and host guests throughout their stay
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest communication
• Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and guiding teams to ensure seamless operations
• Assist with reservations, administration, and daily reports
• Support food and beverage service when required
• Handle guest requests and special arrangements with professionalism
• Maintain high standards of presentation and service across all guest areas
