Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in hotel front office.
• Previous role as Hotel Receptionist preferred.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests professionally and confidently.
• Manage hotel check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain hotel Front Office standards and SOPs.
