Responsabilités

• Coordinate scheduling and execution of all logistical aspects for catering events, including transportation, delivery, and setup of equipment and supplies.
• Manage inventory levels of catering supplies, equipment, and consumables, ensuring adequate stock and efficient replenishment.
• Liaise with suppliers to place orders, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Develop and maintain efficient delivery routes and schedules to optimize time and fuel consumption.
• Track the movement of goods and equipment, ensuring accuracy and timely updates for all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with culinary and event teams to understand event requirements and meet all needs.
• Prepare and manage logistics documentation, including delivery manifests, inventory reports, and expense tracking.
• Identify and resolve logistical challenges proactively to minimize disruption to events.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and transportation regulations relevant to food and equipment handling.
