Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Catering Logistics Specialist to manage event deliveries and setups across regions, including Gauteng. You will coordinate the flow of food, equipment, and personnel from a remote location, working closely with kitchen teams, delivery partners, and event coordinators to ensure punctual, high-standard service.

You will plan routes, schedule fleets, maintain equipment inventories, and develop SOPs to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities; proficient with remote work tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with fleet management or delivery scheduling software is a plus.
