Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare outgoing shipments with accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Generate and verify shipping documents (waybills, invoices, dispatch notes).
• Coordinate with warehouse for picking, packing and dispatch readiness.
• Arrange transportation with third-party couriers and providers.
• Track shipments and update customers and stakeholders on status.
• Maintain records of dispatch activities and inventory movements.
• Handle customer inquiries about order status and delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and other admin duties.

About the Role

Our client, a well-established provider of specialized equipment, is looking for an organized and efficient Logistics and Dispatch Clerk to join their team in Mossel Bay, Western Cape.
